Online Forms

Our forms have been updated using JotForm. This means you have a streamlined process for completing AND submitting your transactions (including photos, payments, and digital signatures) on our web based application.

No more printing and mailing forms, or forwarding via email. You can pay with any debit or credit card with privacy with an integrated, secure payment gateway.

Of course, if you prefer to print and mail, those hard copy forms have also been updated, too! We have a new PO Box in Westminster, TX all ready to accept mail.

This new method of processing has made us aware of what we really need to develop as the registry grows, and we're already looking at enhancements benefiting our members.

Affects of the Changes

The process of moving records from ASR to our in-house solution is expected to take time. Part of this transition is to verify and correct inconsistencies and outright errors during the move.

What this means for HSSR going forward are more accuracy in past and future records, something that hasn't been done before, and is critical to the breed's growth.

Another benefit of this change will give you instant proof of your submissions. No excuses, no more guessing if the registry received your online forms.

We're also setting procedures and processes in place to ensure clean data for the registry as we move forward.

What to Expect

Initially, the most impact will be to new registrations, and requests for copies or revised CoRs. Although it may take a slightly longer time to receive your CoRs, we're hoping things will be slow enough to still meet the current 14 day turnaround.

As a benefit of the new online forms, you'll be able to print/save a copy of what you have submitted that can function as proof to buyers that the lambs' application for registration has been acknowledged and is in process.

We will be able to process Transfers, new and renewal memberships with no impact.

This is a very exciting time for the HSSR and we're certain these changes will result in more accurate records and reliable tracking of your submission and speed delivery of documents.
