Photo Requirements
For each animal being registered, send 2 clear photos showing the full body:
A headshot with ear tag is NOT needed. Photos must clearly show the animal's color pattern and conformation. Blurry or partial photos will delay processing.
Fees & Work Order
A completed Work Order & Fee Schedule must accompany every registration submission. Current fee schedules are listed on the Work Order form. Fees are due at time of submission — registrations will not be processed until payment is received.
For questions about fees or the registration process, email [email protected].
Important: Calendar Year Rule
Lambs can only be registered in the calendar year in which they were born, and only by their Breeder. If a lamb is sold before being registered, the original breeder must still submit the registration — the new owner cannot register a lamb they did not breed.
Plan ahead: registrations submitted in January for lambs born the prior year will not be accepted.
